Our Community

At Stonecrest, community is more than a place to exist—it should be a foundation for healing, stability, dignity, and belonging. Since 2015, we have provided compassionate, person-centered residential services for youth and adults with complex medical, behavioral health, developmental, and neurodivergent needs. Our work is grounded in the belief that every person thrives in a collective space where they can build meaningful relationships and feel safe, valued, and connected. We invite you to join us for a meal, a conversation, and experience firsthand how we define community.

Youth

Since 2015, Stonecrest Living has served a diverse group of youth, with adolescents comprising a third of those we assist. For many of the young people that we serve, we are often a final stop after a long history of failed placements. We welcome youth with complex medical needs and behavioral health conditions that require more intensive residential services, often due to co-morbidities that include conditions autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and others. Our care team is made up of highly experienced professionals who focus on the underlying drivers of behavior and provide continuous support, including overnight supervision, crisis response, and stabilization services.

Adults

We understand that for adults living with serious and persistent mental illnesses, intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex neurodivergent needs, “home” has largely been a system that fell short and didn’t account for how people need to be seen and supported. That’s why we ensure home is an active experience for those we serve, focused on independence, dignity, and improved quality of life. Our successes grow from person‑centered services that honor each individual’s unique needs while ensuring they remain a valued and connected part of our community.
