Our Staff

Serving With Purpose

Stonecrest employees and volunteers are driven by the shared purpose of service, and many share cultural values of collective caregiving and communal responsibility brought from their own life experiences. We recognize that our success relies on cultivating experienced staff and building capacity. This has contributed to Stonecrest’s exponential growth, while remaining relevant to the communities we serve.

We actively encourage our team to participate in volunteer activities, ranging from school holiday events, field trips, evening programs, and more, ensuring the younger people in our care are well supported. And when family members are unable to volunteer or engage in school activities, our staff are there to step in as a supportive presence.

For individuals at Stonecrest Living, home needs to be more than a noun, or place, but instead a welcoming experience. Our community partners are a key part of our support system, and we regularly collaborate with them to provide individuals with a much-needed sense of connectedness.
