In 2022, Stonecrest opened the doors to its 90-unit assisted living facility at the Landings of Minnetonka. Focused on providing wraparound services to individuals, each unit in our assisted living community is designed to support sensory, psychological and emotional safety for those living with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) while encouraging purposeful engagement and community connectedness. For those who have often faced long, frustrating searches for a place that welcomes and honors their unique needs, we aspire to be the final stop in experiencing true belonging.
