Community Residential Services
At Stonecrest Living, we are invested in communities where belonging is woven into daily routines, activities that reflect personal interests and goals, and lives lived with dignity. We currently operate Community Residential Services (CRS) homes for adults and youth. Each home is dually licensed for crisis respite services.
Crisis Respite
Stonecrest Living provides short-term crisis respite in settings that work to safely and compassionately stabilize individuals experiencing destabilizing circumstances. Our goal within crisis respite is to build towards long-term success in home or community. Reflecting our commitment to helping individuals live on purpose, even in crisis, we ensure admission is not a transition into a placement, but an intentional and therapeutic welcome.
How We Build Home
All of us at Stonecrest Living believe that “home” should represent a daily act of care with spaces designed to reinforce sensory and emotional safety. Our caregiving team uses individualized tools including visual schedules, first/then boards, sensory accommodations, transition scripts, and environmental adjustments informed by peoples’ developmental profiles, attachment needs, and sensory processing styles. We assign staff based on experience and compatibility and prepare physical environments accounting for lighting, noise levels, room layout and available sensory tools to reduce cognitive load, minimize overwhelm, and support sustained engagement.
Designing for Dignity
While complying with county, state, and federal regulations, Stonecrest Living spaces are designed with the dignity of individuals top of mind. We include accessibility features, fenced yards, and safety-oriented environmental modifications designed for those experiencing behavioral, emotional, or situational crises.
Daily Life at Stonecrest
Daily life at Stonecrest Living is one where individuals are seen fully as a whole human being, one marked by stories, strengths, and aspirations. Our community provides an environment where people feel valued and understood, marked by nutritious, prepared meals, resonant activities and constant skill-building. It is where lived experience of interdependence and collective caregiving is woven into every interaction.
